Kelp from the backyard simmers slow with tuna from the neighbor. The foundation of our culture in one single pot, to share.
- This is the first ladle we've carved in this style. When we first purchased our property here in North High Shoals, we were clearing out years of over growth and came upon this particular cherry tree that had fallen but been held off the ground, allowing it to slowly dry but not rot. The ladle came from a special crook in the tree allowing this spectacular shape and more importantly allowing the grain to dictate the curve. This is a piece we are particularly proud of.
