Branch Butter Knife

For this one of a kind knife, we chose a cherry branch for the handle.  We peeled the bark and let it's natural shape take form.  We charred the exterior surface with fire to tighten the grain, provide contrasting colors to the handle.  The blade is handforged from brass then shaped into the perfect knife for spreading.   Shown with our Railroad Plates

Details:

• Roughly 8" including handle.
• Lead Free Brass and Cherry Wood

• Each piece is made by our hands and will therefore express individual character.

Care:

• Hand wash only.
• May be oiled with any food grade oil as needed.
• Although it has been cleaned and sealed, there may be a black residue during the first few washes.  Perfectly normal.
• Brass tarnishes naturally over time.
