The guests are arriving just in time as you put the finishing touches on the bar.  It's been months since you've seen each other; the drinks begin to flow with the smell of sweet citrus in the air.  It's going to be a good night.

• Do not leave acidic foods or salt in brass for extended periods of time
• Brass tarnishes naturally over time.
